The rug The Painter and his model is made in jacquard weaving after the work of 1928 by the artist Pablo Picasso.
This magnificent Picasso rug from the painting "Painter and his Model" of 1928 is woven on a jacquard loom by skilled weavers, keeping alive the weaving techniques generation after generation. The Jules Pansu house is the only one authorized by the Picasso Estate to reproduce the artist's works on cushions, tapestries and rugs
Our know-how allows us to retranscribe many details and to give relief to these reproductions thanks to the effects of weaving and material.
This rug is entirely woven and made in France in our workshops in Flanders located in the North.
