5. RETENTION OF YOUR DATA
Your Data is kept for the legally permitted periods. This means that we keep them for a period of three (3) years from your last contact with us if you are just a prospective customer and have not placed an order. If you have placed an order, purchased a product or service from our company, the legal retention period for the Data is ten (10) years from the end of the business relationship. The Data is then archived for the duration of the applicable statute of limitations so that it can be used in any dispute, litigation and in the context of a legal action until all avenues of appeal have been exhausted. Thereafter your Data will be made anonymous and destroyed.

We will respond to your access request within one (1) month. However, depending on the number of requests and their complexity, the deadline may be extended by one (1) additional month. In this case, we will inform you.
