Jardin des Délices tapestry in jacquard weaving, inspired from Joseph Fuchs' Eden painted in 1861.
From a wallpaper of the 19th century, this tapestry is inspired from a panoramic by Joseph Fuchs painted in 1861 and called "Eden". This very large painting represents a beautiful tropical forest. It enabled the new "Bourgeoisie" to travel to imaginary countries while, at the same time, decorating their vast homes.
This tapestry is woven in France in our workshops located in Halluin.
