Archangel tapestry representing the famous sculpture of Mont-Saint-Michel.
This tapestry features the sculpture of Saint Michael slaying the dragon by Emmanuel Frémiet, which can be seen on the spire of Mont-Saint-Michel or in the Orsay Museum in Paris. Made in jacquard weaving, the red chenille yarns for the background brings a textured velvet effect to the tapestry.
This model is woven and made in France in our workshops located in Halluin, Flanders. The manufacture is labeled Living Heritage Company, a state label recognizing the craft and industrial know-how of excellence.
